How information is handled
Website forms and hosting are provided through Squarespace. Information may also be received and stored in our business email systems. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree to receive marketing communications.

Retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet record-keeping requirements and resolve disputes.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Where necessary for your project, relevant technical or production details may be shared with selected production, fabric, logistics or professional partners. We limit this to information needed for the enquiry or project.
